Instead of using a hair dryer, try damp hair, apply sea salt, comb through the opposite side you want to style it, then let it dry naturally, then apply product in damp or dry hair since it has more resistance to the side you style to, it will create volume
I'm a women about to get my hair cut short, but I have really fine hair. This is the only decent video I've seen to show me how sea salt will work for me. All the women's videos are aimed at longer hair, so thank you 😊
Well that is convenient - I literally just bought some Sea Salt Spray a couple of days ago! So this is really useful, thanks!

Robin James is it normal for people to have curly hair on top and sides and not curly at the back. I am very curious bc my hair is like that. Can you explain if it is natural or is it damage and if it is damage how do I know if it is? Also can you make like tutorial how to straighten your hair naturally. I like your hair it's soooo straight and I am very jealous :(.

Just wanted to take the time out to say that I've really enjoyed your channel and production value. It's really inspired me in making my own channel of a similar nature. keep it up, you're encouraging new KZreadrs!
I want to try the first one looks classy
Great video 👍. I’m currently growing my hair from a short choppy/messy style into something longer but still messy (kind of a Beckham 90’s type style). My hair goes like baby hair when washed so I’ve bought some sea salt spray to try. Should I just spray it on and work through then allow to dry before styling with my clay as normal?
This was so helpful thx!!
Interesting! Is there a video or would you do a video about the haircare (as opposed to hairstyle) products you use? Shampoo, conditioner, heat protectant, masks or serum, etc. etc. ?
Yet another excellent video Robin I picked up a bottle of sea salt spray but wasn't quite sure how to get the best results from it now I know your videos are always very informative keep it up 🙂

Hi robin, would you use heat defence spray and then sea salt spray? Or do you just recommend using one or the other?
Just bought me myself a bottle of sea salt spray, but not really sure how to use it properly. Really great video. Keep going, bro.
Thank you for this, great video mate
top class video, once again.
Really helpful video, thanks :)
I find that pete and pedros sea salt spray is the best it has a light hold and adds thickness to my fine hair and really helps lock in my hair
Great video- I do have one question.. I'm worried about the long-term use effects on my hair. Would sea salt spray be a healthy alternative?
this is exactly the video i needed ty

Hi robin, If you use sea salt spray, do i need a heat protectant as well during blowdrying?
I have short hair back and side but long in front to my nose. It's very straight hair. What's best product to use to give it a a rough wavy effect thanks. Loving the vids
This was super helpful dude 🤟
Very helpful !
Robin, what brand of sea salt spray do you recomend
Good video Robin, and one question, Does sea salt spray work fine on curly hair?
Very interesting! I’ve been trying to try new styles and products with my hair. Does the sea salt spray add any scent to your hair? I’m not trying to smell like the beach 😂
Cam back to this video after 3 years......Good to be back for the basics ❤️😌
I love how sea salt spray makes my fine hair (but lots of it) easier to style. However I don’t like my hair to look too dull, dry looking. Any suggestions?
can you use sea salt spray and moose alongside each other or do they work best just on their own as pre-stylers?
Watching this in 2019. Thanks though 👍
Any advice for this kinda thing but with receding hair? I don't comb it back, I tend to spike it/mess it up but it's getting boring these days.
LEGENDARY!!! THANK YOU GOD AND THANK YOU UNIVERSE!!!
Can you do a video on how to deal with cowlicks? How to manage (especially on front of head) and how to properly cut it? It would be a huge help to so many of us

Hi , Can i ask you a question ? , When blow drying your hair do you blow dry it to the opposite side you wish to style your hair for volume etc ? btw nice video ;)
for people with high hairlines/foreheads like myself, would you personally suggest covering it with a fringe or just showing it off with a slicked back hairstyle?
sea+salt spray plus putty looks like a promising combination, will start it out soon
omg robin ur hair looks amazing in this video

Hey! I would love if you did that. I seriously would. How do we do it?
Should I use sea salt spray instead of mouse as a prestyler if im having trouble with volume and hold with my hair (fine hair)?
Are u able to use both mousse and sea salt spray for prep ? Or is it better to use just the sea salt spray alone
Hey Mr robin i had a problem on my hair growth my hair grows fast but the sides grow faster than the top what do i do
How long do you let it dry naturally before proceeding? Thanks!
Can I pair sea salt spray with hanz de fuko heavymade and still get the classic slick look?
Your hair looks so much thiker and healthir that it has been!! Great videos recently Robin, proving you are the best once more :)

sea salt vs mousse vs thickening tonic What's best for straight, thin, untexturized hair that just falls down and wants to achieve high volume and good hold?
Love your vernacular
thank you :)
The Sea Salt Spray always makes my hair crispy like hair gel. Any ideas as to how this is possible? I‘m not sure that I‘m using it correctly. I sprayed it on damp and dry hair and get that crispy result either way. Do I have to blow dry it? Any help is much appreciated.
Nice video Robin :) keep up the good work

Heyy....How about more of those street styled videos ..really loved those...and have you thought of a giveaway? i feel like that would be a good idea
before you dry it with the hair dryer do you need to add any heat protector? or the seasalt is allready a heat protector
can Epsom salt work as well
first Sam's hair is awesome ...... PS:Robin's Too !!
can we use this on daily base ?
Nice video and a hairstyle 👌
i tried sea salt spray but i didnt like the texture that i got, it feels very dry, instead i use thickening tonic as a pre styler and it is really good.
i love seasalt spray but always worry it is dehydrating my hair too much and leaving a bit of a crispy feel. anyway around this? would a leave in conditioner help? loving the hype & suspense surrounding what you're on verge of doing!
@ManForHimself
7 жыл бұрын
Hey! Oh the hype and suspense may be a little to much, but we'll see. Just monitor your hair and see that it's not too dry. A leave in conditioner can help though.
Ok, a bit of complaining: I really find it hard to not wash my hair every 2 days. It stinks and feels greasy. BUT if I use a product on hair, the grease disappears, but the smell remains. My mum said this to me, when I only washed my hair once in 2 weeks, and I can't disagree. I really don't like stinky hair. Do you find your hair stinks? Anyway your channel has grown way high, and your videos look so professional. I am very proud of you. I would hire you.

Hey! No, my hair doesn't smell. You do what's right for you. If it needs to be washed, wash it.

Роберт Пашкевич i noticed that if i use mousse then a product, the next day warm water will wash out most of the product. However if i dont use mousse and just go for the hair product then my hair gets greasier faster. Same thing when not using product at all. I guess coating the hair with mousse or a thickening tonic will help wash out everything and keep it from getting greasy

Do you usally use it without other products?

I got straight hair. Do I apply the sea salt when im done with a shower and comb it or do I just let it dry on my hair?
Can we apply a hair protector with seal salt spray and then blow dry?
Any tips for some one with super thin hair?
