    Thx for the video! It actually helps me out! However, do you have any tips to be more confident on launching these kinds of attacks? I always imagine through my head but i can’t launch due to my insecurity

    Confidence comes from preparation. Continue to work on your skills and you will feel more confident. It takes time.

    I'm so bad at kicking , I tried every stretching tutorial with no luck . are there kicks techniques for non flexible people ?

    it takes time and consistency with stretching. Have you done your stretching routine for 30 days and then did not see improvements?
