I've got 3 salmon recipes that you guys are going to love. I know that a lot of you are not very confident cooking salmon at home, but these techniques and recipes will help you become a salmon master. The first recipe is broiled salmon with a brown sugar and citrus glaze. The glaze gets sticky and sweet and the salmon is so moist after it comes out of the oven. The next salmon recipe is pan seared and will create the most crispy skin ever. Last up, we make Asian salmon patties with a stick glaze. FlavCity with Bobby Parrish I thought farm raised was really bad
I like to add the brown sugar and zest in a separate bowl and mix them together first. Then spread that on the salmon. it prevents clumps of zest and makes sure the entire salmon gets the zest. I use frozen salmon from Aldi (being a broke college kid) and it works great. You just need to pat them down a bit with a paper towel first. Great recipes as always!

I always love salmon skin.You are exactly right salmon skin is the best part of the salmon.I love mixing salmon skin with the rice.So delicious.Salmon is one of my favorite food.I can eat salmon every day of the week.I try to eat salmon as much as possible.

Amazing! Thank you for letting me know about the farm-raised salmon at Whole Foods. It was a gem! I always feared farm-raised salmon, I am glad there is good quality farm-raised salmon. Since I also don't really want wild caught because the ocean is so polluted. Just bought the salmon from Whole Foods and it is wonderful!
Citrus glazed salmon is amazing! Beautiful looking, best salmon I ever have made. Also Whole foods nordic salmon is excellent,, still expensive but really good tasting.

Really love how you explain whatever you're doing without taking all day, right?? I was in the middle of oven broiling my 2 wild Atlantic salmon filets, when I decided to search you tube for a quick video, cause I'm like already cooking it!! At least I did start it out skin down (I'm not a pro, but will be soon!) I used good old butter & cut a lemon for juice, and used Lemon Pepper seasoning..... I hafta admit, mine turned out awesome, cause I already knew not to OVERCOOK salmon, lol. Another live & learn... Also, I didn't know about the skin needing to be dry... But now I do. Sooo..... Off to another tasty treat of my fave dish, Lemon/Butter Salmon Filet.... Thank you God, Trader Joes, and this guy ⏏. ⏏. ⏏. in the video!! Eat well my COMPADRES!! ❤

I like to make salmon cake always and I use Alaska wild caught. I never think of drizzling some sauce at the very end, thanks for the recipe.

Hi Bobby, did you use All Clad copper core nonstick pan to fry the salmon? How does the nonstick layer hold up? I have copper core set. They cook beautiful but food stuck on it a lot. I’m thinking of getting the copper core nonstick.

Should I use high or low broil for the salmon?
It's 3/2020 so coconut or avocado oil instead of grape-seed oil and monk fruit sweetener or coconut and maple syrup instead of agave.
What is that black board you use when you prepare meat? Couldn’t find it
Try this too.... Maple syrup and red chilli paste and lemon+zest
What substitute can I use in the sauce and eliminate the Sriracha sauce? We don't particular care for chile peppers or Sriracha. BTW, love your channel.
