Of course bro, super glad the content can help!
Thanks man im 14 and am trying to make onto my JV team as a QB (I skipped my freshman year to have an even better arm) and A lot of these tips help such as getting better as transferring weight because when I throw deep my shoulders are only at a like thirty or twenty five degree angle and also my only power is rotating my foot and barley following through with my hips (realized from watching some film of me) which is one of the few reasons why I could only get the ball 25 yards down the field the last time I played in eight grade football, I am accurate and have a tight spiral I just wanna work on my throw power and be able to hit 45+yarders I know that ambitious but you ain’t gonna get anywhere in life if you shoot for small goals only. Also I update this in a few weeks bc why not Update: this is just gonna be me right now as a 5’6 108 LB QB with bad technique I can throw 20 to 25 yards update in idk when i remember lol Update #2 welp found a good program that’s helping me put good weight on in two days went from 108 to 110 pounds Update #3 now up to 115 also realized I was throwing with a ball to small so I’m still throwing 25-30 yards

@@firstdowntraining appreciate all the wisdom coach. Definitely gonna try and focus that shoulder disassociation from my hips and see if that helps me throw a better deep ball. You’re awesome man!

Because i try to do everything you said to do to get more power on the ball i have 3/4 of my weight on my backfoot and im working on rotating my hips before throwing the ball and my arm starts hurting after 20 to 30 minuets

More leg drive and hip drive. When you hear me talk about weight transfer in videos that’s what will help
I don’t take many hitches as I mostly do quick game. Because of this, on long passes, I don’t take hitches. Should I start taking more hitches for longer/medium throws?

I would try to limit hitches as much as you can- only time I recommend is on a very deep pass, deep 15YD digs & comeback routes. Most of the time you are making throws off of rhythm drops and re setting your feet not necessarily hitching

@@firstdowntraining Ah that makes more sense. Nobody really explained to me the exact time and place when to do it.
How do you want to escape the sack or get faster

Bro, you were talking fast, but that first throw AR makes is a meme. He's going for insane loft to hit a net. Pass would never be thrown in an NFL game.
