    I am dealing with anxiety issues everyday 24/7 . Literally trying hard to get rid of it but nothing is working out . My heart feels so heavy all the time maybe it’s because I am scared of “what if today also I experience anxiety “. Hope someone will help me to get out of it

    What I learned from therapy is that the anxiety symptoms is the alarm your body is sending to tell you something is wrong to slow down or stop and listen to the alarms what is your body telling you or what is your body asking. What people turn into a spiral is that most people don’t listen to there body they fear the symptoms and now you are in a full panic worried about them causing more fear.

    So what should i do when the anxiety kicks in, mine is too much affraid of sweating, when i feel the sensation i start sweating little but because of the anxiety of sweat, i ended up being so much sweating like people taking bath where other peope just being normal, and its soo traumatizing, i know i should let my body to sweat but im too scary because when people see my sweat my mind start reading other people mind about me

    @@prassetiyoutomo7858 I use to have sweaty palms when I felt anxious it is normal for the body to sweat when it is under a lot of stress. Anxiety has millions of symptoms and it is hard to not focus on them because the normal brain worries and that’s okay but when you obese over the symptoms trying to stop them or avoid them it’s the real problem. Let the symptoms come and just how they came they will go. Sit with anxiety sit with all the uncomfortable feelings let them come. Observe them if you have to but don’t stay there worried about them. If your doctor told you there is nothing wrong with you and it is just anxiety then don’t be afraid of the sensations. I use to get this weird head sensations and I thought I would slowly go crazy or my brain was slowly dying it was my biggest fear. I would panic a lot and cry. But one day I said these sensations come and they go so I’ll just let it be there and surly it would come last about 4-5 minutes and it’ll pass. The more I sat with every symptom I got with anxiety instead of running from them or pushing them away the less the symptoms came. I am not out of the woods just yet but I can tell you I made so much progress with therapy.

    @@prassetiyoutomo7858so it’s your own judgement that plays a role here. So if you see someone it’s sweating you just going to look at him and judge him because he’s sweating. It’s ok to sweat . If you’re anxious your body responds more radically it’s normal body reaction. Many blessings and hope you will be free of symptoms soon.

    I find myself constantly questioning my symptoms. I am triggered by nearly everything at this point and i get this feeling of irritation telling me my anxiety is back. I then try and let it be but it still feels like its there throughout every second of the day. I feel the best when I’m distracted by work and thats the only time where i feel my genuine self because i dont have a thought or opinion about every single one of my thoughts. I worry if this thought means ___ or if im too unfocused or if im being nice or look good or whatever. Theres so many things that keep me in the loop and every mindset i put myself in tends to fail after a couple hours because i cant identify what is anxiety and was is a thought that i actually need to take action on. I have this feeling like “what if im ignoring soemthing important that is keeping me unhappy?”

    He's right,f if u have anxiety symtomps just let it past, dont fight it. For example if your throat is tensed dont drink a hot beverage or take strepsils. The more you do that the more your body will depend on it, just let it pass. Chest pain or muscle tension from anxiety, let it pass. Don't give ur body the need of certain items to help these symtomps. Good luck

    How come? I am not scared of my symptoms, never have been but there is only one symptom that is keeping me awake and scared. It is my numb hands and my grip strength have gone weak so I thought about working it out but he saying don't depend on a solution is making me confused because what if it stays forever. Yes I have accepted it but it ain't helping. It might go away for some time but will always come back and it bothers me since me living with symptoms forever and not doing anything about it is only gonna make is worse cuz someone ik had went paralyzed by the same symptom and now has recently passed away. I can't convince my brain because the pattern is same.

    Had an anxiety attack at 4 AM (not quite sure if that was it or not) but i did start shaking randomly out of nowhere and i most definitely felt depersonalisation. It felt like nothing was real at the time and i was barely moving because of how extreme i was feeling those feelings. I also had to call up someone so i thought i would call helpline just so i had somebody to chat with even if it was just for a few minutes. It still meant something at least but i wish i had someone close to talk to but oh well. I'm still grateful though Honestly this anxiety attack felt like i was going crazy. It genuinely felt like i was losing my mind and i had no control over my own body or how i felt. Unsure if that was even anxiety attack but have y'all ever felt that???? I've had it maybe back in 2020 but haven't had it in a long while and now looks like it's back again but hey i accept it! 😍 yay!!! I know what it must be like for others who struggles with this daily. I know exactly what you are going through. My family members aren't the best people to talk to and therapy is definitely not possible as of right now. But i guess I'll just vent about it to myself in the meantime but if any of you want to chat with me I'm available on insta and my username is mrchad519

    You let it happen if you do you will realise nothing it’s happening just body sensations. Plus I hear on videos if you feel panic chew a gum it will calm down the panic because when you panic you don’t produce saliva and chewing gum activate saliva and let the body know that it’s safe!!

    Advice not tips: (hope this helps) 1.) We usually mask our anxiety either by working out, smoking, socializing instead of figuring it out. It’s only a mental thing. 2.) We confuse a feeling we get inside and turn it into anxiety by worrying (realizing God has you right where you should always be really helps) 3.) Actually using this advice instead of knowing the solution and not taking action (I’m very guilt of that)

  • @shtevie

    @shtevie

    8 ай бұрын

    My main solution is starting by breathing in for 4 seconds, holding, exhaling, and holding empty all 4 seconds each. (Try breathing in with your stomach daily instead of just your chest) Gradually increase the time as you go on. Try to breath deeper throughout the day, something that stood out was shallow breathing played key role of that feeling of “anxiousness”

    Ok so I get this CRAZY rush of anxiety every time I have tried to start a business or a project and it eventually drives me to quit after attempting to push through it. I don’t know what I can do differently the next time so that I can’t accomplish my goals. I know that I cannot continue to do nothing and be nothing. I tried to kill myself last year and it’s because I completely gave up on myself being able to accomplish anything. My heart yearns for success and financial freedom but these uneasy feelings plague my mind and creep down into my body. I feel like I am vibrating and unable to stop. I just want to be able to finish what I start and not let self doubt, fear, and low self esteem keep sabotaging my efforts.

You are worried about it lasting a life time and end up like the person you know. I can reassure you that you are not going to die from an anxiety symptom. You are putting this negative thought into that symptom that is sticking around. That’s how anxiety works your brain is trying to keep you alive but you are afraid of it.

    @@rjabr814 the only way you can combat with the anxiety of something happening to you is by doing what brings you anxiety. Avoiding things will only keep you in the anxiety loop 🔁. If you are anxious of driving because of fear then you must go into that fear. You need to show your brain that there is nothing to worry about. And as far as being alone I also didn’t want to be alone for a long time. I want to say maybe about 3 months I didn’t want to be alone or even sleep alone. But one day I decided to sleep alone I decided to stay alone in the house and nothing happened. And I started to teach my brain that everything that it was telling me to fear was harmless. Drive to the store drive to the nearest park take baby steps. No matter how small you start it still is a start. Be alone for an hour then make it 2 and keep moving forward. Spend a day to yourself all these things will cause anxiety because the fear you have of driving or being alone but don’t fear the uncomfortable feelings of anxiety FEEL them let your body feel all the emotions that will come with your daily task and you will be getting your life back slowly. And for relaxing during the day get into a hobby if you already don’t have one. Take a long walk when you are ready to be alone. Or even in your backyard take off your shoes your socks and curl your feet against the grass or sand or concrete look around remember to breath. You will be okay
