bro i also dont know... since from my childhood till now m having this habit. if u also want to wake up in early morning then at once it may be difficult for u but after that when u r habitual of that then u will enjoy ... trust me. when i wake up in morning then i always take a strong cup of coffee.. it is very helpful otherwise if doing night shifts then m always drinking energy drinks like redbul.. these drinks r not much good for health but i will recommend u for coffee... just 2 or 3 days will be hard for u.. these r very good tips given in video but m habitual of waking up... for me its not hard. u just follow these tips bro. thanks

1.Stop using smartphone excessively 2. Understand you time required for full sleep i.e 6 hrs, 7 hrs and try to sleep accordingly by 10 or 11 3. Maintain this habit, accordingly you will be able to get in the morning This is nothing but body clock Most difficult thing is - Avoid using smartphone

For any ENGLISH VIEWERS watching this, here are the 3 tips for you:- 1. Keep your alarm clock/ phone away from you. If possible, keep it at a height so that you have to jump for it. We usually snooze the alarm if it is near us. Some people might use a pillow to cover their and wait till the alarm goes off so here's tip no. 2 for you 2. Drink a lot of water before going to bed so that when you wake up to your alarm you have to run to a bathroom to pee. You will get alert in this act and then it will be YOUR CONCIOUS CHOICE to go back to bed. 3. DO NOT GO BACK TO BED AFTER PEEING, also, no Matter what time you go to bed, wake up when the alarm goes. Try these for a month or so until your brain gets programmed. :)

Guys these tips are really well. I score 52 in my prelims in ICSE and when I followed this, I scored 86.6 (not a good score but I am very well satisfied because all of this has been done in 2 months) I would suggest this.
Drinking such amount of water right before sleep would put pressure on your bladder so I would suggest we better continue it for 3 days until the habit has been made then we may wake up at the ring of the alarm. Thank you so much for the tip, hope to make time productive 😊
