    Sir Bahut Dino se aapka ye video aage dekne ke lie tal deta tha ki aap aadha ghante pakaoge paidal chalne ke upar. Aaj himmat karke dekha. Khaskar mere lie bahut jaruri aur faydemand he. Muje diabetes/cholestrol/BP aur mental problems he. Mai physical fitness bhi chants hu par gym planning ki bad sochke rah jata tha........ab 10-12 hajar kadam daily tak pahuchane ke bad hi fir comment Karunga. Thanks!

    I wake up at 4am do my prayers then walk towards the park I walk barefoot on the grass spend time with birds and animals walk then exercise. Come home have breakfast and start the day. I use to suffer from anxiety and PTSD anxiety is gone working on PTSD.

    Most of the informTion given by you are correct as I have experienced them,, I have reduced 4 kg weight, increased HDL, IMMUNITY, D3 VIT CONTROLLED CHOLESTROL AND INCREASED STAMINA STRENGTH IN LEGS, ENERGETIC AND FEEL HAPPY BY DOING WALK 5KM AND 1 KM RUN WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR LAST 5 MONTHS I WILL CONTINUE THESAME AS LONG AS POSSIBLE

    Dhanyvad bhai ji Apko dill se kitni badi baat hai ..dusron ko sahi margdarshan karna .bahoot time diya hamai apne ..muje suger hai... saitika pahle huva tha . Abhi kuch kaser hai.. but chal leti hoon ..jaldi thakk jati hoon. Right pear main thora dard rahta hai..
