Sir Bahut Dino se aapka ye video aage dekne ke lie tal deta tha ki aap aadha ghante pakaoge paidal chalne ke upar. Aaj himmat karke dekha. Khaskar mere lie bahut jaruri aur faydemand he. Muje diabetes/cholestrol/BP aur mental problems he. Mai physical fitness bhi chants hu par gym planning ki bad sochke rah jata tha........ab 10-12 hajar kadam daily tak pahuchane ke bad hi fir comment Karunga. Thanks!

As I am suffering from lower back pain, I can not go to gym , can not do hard exercise , then I start to walk 1 hour per day .now I can cover about 7-8km in one hour, my efficiency is increasing day by day. I got result within one month.

Sir mai saam ko tahlti hu usme mujhe fayde milenge ya nhi
I wake up at 4am do my prayers then walk towards the park I walk barefoot on the grass spend time with birds and animals walk then exercise. Come home have breakfast and start the day. I use to suffer from anxiety and PTSD anxiety is gone working on PTSD.
