I got pregnant for the first time in 13 years after taking prenatal vitamins and drinking matcha for 3 months. Took them again a year after my daughter was born and got pregnant with my son. I've been here before. It took over a year for our first, a miscarriage at 6 wks, and then boom, pregnant. I recommend the Diva Cup and also trying the Mira device. It's new and really does the job with tracking by giving values for your hormones. Once you see the rise, you're in the zone. Everything else for ovulation tracking was just guessing aka the strips etc. Even the Ava device doesn't compare. Get the Mira! Sending you all the baby vibes.

Those are great as long as hubby has a decent sperm count. Ladies, if you've tried everything, get your man checked, and don't blame yourself. You can only do so much. The man's sperm count matters.

I test before my period come on day 13-14 after ovulation and it’s show positive but still I have cramps so I don’t know what should I do

Do you check cervical mucus? How about your basal temperature? Those are more accurate, in my opinion and experience, then ovulation strips 😊

Are you sure.... 😥 I'm on ttc journey for 4 years... This month ovulation stripes are not available.... So cm and bbt can tell you that you are ovulating right.

@@nuska8828 Yes, even when the ovulation strips didn't show I was ovulating, but my BBT and CM were lined up, I got pregnant! I've been pregnant 8 times (I had 3 miscarriages and a stillborn; but also 4 healthy children), so I swear by it!

The time it takes for the strips to read LH is going to generally be “too late” - LH spike is also very short as immediately it starts to decrease after egg release. This is why most people don’t use strips! I’ve read a lotttt of articles on this recently 😅 Also the cup method she is referring to has also been debunked..

I personally would not prefer this method of super tracking -it is very tiring, you can get overwelmed very quickly. But what I would definitly suggest is to check mucus. When is sticky and super strechy - this is the sign of your ovulation. Listen to your body more. If that is your way, thats totally fine. But try to chill and listen to yourself.

Yes when the LH level reaches its peak after testing, that’s when your chance to conceive is high

I have endo and after two surgeries and still having horrible pain, I decided to cut out dairy and all wheat out of my diet and my symptoms have completely vanished! My period went from 10 to 12 horrible, painful, heavy days for over 20 years to a normal 5 to 7 day cycle with mild cramps, no clots! I recommend that you read the book "How to heal endometriosis naturally". There are many lifestyle changes that you can make that will help you way more than any pill a doctor is trying to give you or any surgery. Reducing the inflammation in your body is key. I also recommend looking into getting an infrared light. I don't have any children yet but I'm hopeful! Good luck to you!

We have tried for 6 months now and nothing :( we started having sex at cd 10 until 18,but now from CD 8 til 18. We have sex every other day, since everyday wasn't recommended by my doctor. Something about sperm count 🙈 I've read the lube is a bad idea to use, is this right? Most time we just have to do it. So we can get on by our day do to our mixed working our, therefor lube is the easy chose, since we don't have time or energy for foreplay.

@@awake3162 that’s incorrect. Most birth control pills leave your system within 36 hours that’s why you need to keep retaking the pill. You can start trying after a week or if sceptical a month but you don’t need to wait almost a year before trying. Yes you could possibly have a miscarriage but you’d need to be taking 6 months of birth control all at once to miscarry there isn’t enough dosage to kill your baby in one pill.

I would not use the period cup to try to get pregnant, that would definitely be a risk to get a UTI you should always go pee after sex. Anyhow, i feel that just trusting God relax and be happy. If you are meant to have a baby you will have one. God bless
