Technical lifts, they're challenging for the majority of riders. These three tips will help you get better INSTANTLY!
1) Be in a deeper gear. Most people shift up into that 52 tooth ring and spin out until smoke is coming off the drive train. Here's what you need to do, shift into a deeper gear. Find the hardest gear you can for that situation and give it a try.
2) Relax your arms! The majority of riders come into technical situation super tense and this makes it that much more challenging. Try to relax your arms and let the bike move underneath you.
3) Stand up! Strategically standing up might just be the game changer you've been looking for when it comes to technical lifts.

    What would you recommend to gain height for just lifting the front wheel without using the pedals - like the start of a bunnyhop?
