Pushups got rid of my man boobs. I don’t do daily pushups anymore since there is no point but instead I do pull-ups and pushups with rings.

A male chest isn't completely flat. He does have breasts, they just aren't blown out as a woman's breasts are. And males are capable of breastfeeding, the male breast can produce small quantities of milk for a baby to feed on but nor nearly enough as a woman can.

The reason why you have manboobs is because your diet has too much sugar. Sugar decreases testosterone and increases estrogen. When you have too much estrogen as a man, that’s how you get man boobs. Cut out sugar and hopefully your boobs will reduce

I’ve got gyno had it for around 14 years from pubity, also relatively lean and it was noticeable. Since then I’ve dropped a ton of weight and now “lean” and it’s much harder to see, so hope that helps you 👍🏼
