You are Asian. You can follow simple rules and you will loose weight instantly and also will become handsome and attractive men in no time. But if European guy or someone from Siberia region will try to do the same, - in many cases we gonna fail. In order to loose weight, - we need to eat like Thumbelina. And workout like crazy and insane 20-30h per week. Glad it worked out fast for you.

I'm the whitest russian you can imagine and I lost 25 kg (98->73) in 5 months with ~1000-1500 calorie deficit (and i was doing barely half an hour of excercise a day) Calorie deficit is the only thing that matters
