    I'm 18, 176 cm, and 145 kg. I've always tried to lose weight in the laziest ways you can imagine. My peak weight (lol) was 168 kg around 15/16 years old. I lost 30+ kg in 2022, and since then, I completely forgot about trying to lose weight. I managed to get to 133 kg, but I haven't really tried to lose weight or do anything at all with my life. I'll answer this comment every month from now on, at least until I get to a minimum of 100 kg. I've been nurturing this idea, and this video gave me a wake-up call. If he was 175 cm and 95 kg and considered himself that terrible, what does that make me? I'll do my best from now on. I won't try to lose that much weight quickly because, from personal experience, it never ends well for me. Consistency is key. I'll do my best!

    At my highest I got to 140 kg and I didn’t even care much until I felt sick, I didn’t want to change my habits I didn’t want to do anything. Since I was a kid I have been fat and my parents tried so much to make me lose weight but I didn’t care at all and I felt a pressure, so I ate. Now I’m down to 117.2 kg and going strong, now I feel like I actually want it for myself, for me to be healthier. good luck to everyone who is going through this journey🫡. I’ll come back and update my weight loss journey after 3 months.

    Just 2 months ago I was at 78kg and severely overweight, I didn’t go outside, all of my clothes were too small BUT currently I am 62kg! I can go outside again without feeling extremely self conscious and ugly, my clothes fit me & some pants are even too big. I feel prettier and more comfortable in my own skin! If I can do it, you all can do it too! Keep going, one bad day doesn’t equal failure! I‘ll keep going until I am at 49kg! By eating in a calorie deficit, no sugar, doing intermittent fasting regularly & walking 10k steps daily speeds up the process!

    If I'm working 8-4 or 9-5 and I do what I love (like cooking), then it's a plus for me. You can be employed but you must have a goal on what you must learn in that company for you to start your OWN. I worked in a professional kitchen in a 5 star Hotel and I love my job because what I do is what I love. SO BE CAREFUL on what course you will take in college. Choose what you love not what your parent's decision. Being employed is not bad IF you have a HIGH salary and your expenses are low. You can relax at home and don't think of your work unlike in business, most of the time that's what you think. Although both have its pros and cons, there's nothing wrong in running a business and being employed.

    As soon as I had 20k saved up in the bank and was still living with my parents who only wanted $300 a month, I was gambling on sports and poker and ran it up more than I would getting paid $20 an hour at a full time job and i have never looked back. Now the average man is a complete idiot these days and would very likely fail though..

    people saying "you can work for 9-5" aren't completely wrong but there is one downside to working a 9 to 5 if you are young and that is you build a sense of complacency over a period of time and working a 9 to 5 job till say like 30 and then deciding to pursue something entrepreneurial is a very risk affair. Although the best case scenario would be if you can work a 9 to 5 whilst still hustling on the side.

    refuse to work a 9-5 doesn't mean that you can't do it just to save up and invest, i made my first million USD at age 26 and without 9-5 money i probably won't make it. you can work a 9-5 for just a couple years to build up the foundation and work on your side project at the same time. from 1mil to 2 mil it only took me 5 months. most millionaires and billionaires work a 9-5 at some point of their lives. Funny thing is that when i made my first million i was still working at my 9-5. It will teach you how to stay humble. You can always quit if you are making big money with your side hustle job Tbh if i had a better 9-5 job i probably would be a millionaire a lot faster, 9-5 is like cashflow for your start up business in someway.

  • @jptraderr
    @jptraderr24 күн бұрын

    @@jakeongtone the reason I don’t really say what I do is because I think is pretty much gambling and it’s insanely hard. I’m a trader and I started when I was 19 (not actually trading , but that is the time I started learning how to) now I’m 28. Tbh I rather have a decent 9-5 job and go to good school. Because you can always have a 9-5 and do your side hustle on your rest days or after work. You just gotta work a little bit harder. The hardest part about not having a job is that you will have a shit ton of stress and will make your life a lot lot harder (because you will have bills to pay). Unless you are living with your parents. Then that’s another story.
