It's actually not a double standard because men are the aggressors. They put themselves out there when they ask a girl out. They take all the risk of getting rejected and embarrassed. All a girl has to do is say "yes" or "no". So if a guy gets 8 out of 10 girls he asks out, that takes a lot of skill. That's a real accomplishment and we'll give him props. In contrast, if a girl just says "yes" to 10 out of 10 guys that want to sleep with her, that takes no skill at all. That's not an accomplishment. That just means she has no filter. Even a homeless guy can invite her to do it in his tent and she'll just say "yes." This is the reason for the slut shaming.

yeah, trip sometimes says blue pilled stuff like that. He gives very good advice 99% of the time, but I don't believe he understands the evolutionary reason behind why men instinctively do certain things, like wanting a partner that's not promiscuous. its not a double standard by any means.

No. The reason why you don't tell someone you really like them or are excited to see them again in the beginning is because it's THE BEGINNING. You don't really know them. Don't say something like that until you actually know the person and they know you too. There are two main reasons why its a turn off for women (whether they realize it consciously or subconsciously): 1. It sounds like a cheap manipulation tactic. Fakely complimenting to get a person's approval. And 2. You end up looking like someone who doesn't really think about their words and just throws out the first thing that comes to their mind. That is childish which is unnattractive to a grown woman looking for a man. A manly way to handle your feelings would be to take a lot of time (weeks, months) to process the information going through your head. Think about what your opinion truly is before sharing it with her.

Personal experience: 1. Told my first girlfriend I was a virgin when we met (I was 28...). No issues at all - said there was no reason to not have told her straight away, it didn't bother her. 2. Had countless women reject me as soon as I showed my hand... Ironically, when I got better at this, I realised that most were never really bothered about me at all. Whereas when they do genuinely want me (I.e. we made it to sex and beyond) - they would be turned on by me telling them how much I liked and wanted them (they value being wanted by a man they value). 3. I've never revealed my income. In fact I specifically dress and act as if I earn much less than I actually do - so as to weed out those just looking for a free ride... No one needs to know that. Either you earn more, so they become resentful and/or expect you to contribute more to the relationship financially, or you earn less and there's equally an air of disappointment, or at best, sympathy. Some of my friends have been in relationships where the woman appeared to love them, but then kept bugging them to go back to school or unskilled in some way to earn more. It's good to be encouraged, but equally it's like they're saying that you're not enough for them as you are. All great points.

Once she has a high body count she loses the ability to pair bond. Yes, a women's number is VERY even EXTREMELY important.

I did the horrible mistake no 2. I met a girl, she liked me in the beginning, I liked her as well. The mistake was that from the beginning I showed her how much I actually liked her, that I was excited that I met her. Eventually, that made me granted, she lost interest and things didn't work in the end. Women are mysterious creatures, don't pay them too much attention guys. Despite what they're saying, they like to run after a man, not the opposite. Make them doubt and you have them. Show them love, you lost them

Also, for #2 it puts a man more in his feminine, as opposed to him being in his masculine core. This will naturally turn a woman off and lower her attraction for him. As in this case, he would be acting more like the woman as opposed to acting like the man. A man who exudes masculine traits and energy will keep ANY woman in her feminine core, given that he carries and exudes more masculine energy than she does. Even if a particular woman carries a great quantity of masculine energy, this is still doable. Some more food for thought.
