Getting angry also makes one feel physical pain. It's bad for your health and it's a form of stress.
Is that true for children too? They have meltdowns at times when not getting their own ways.

How does aggression relate to anger? As tought in the military and some contact sports.
Never have a conversation in anger unless given no other choice.
I'll keep treating everyone accordingly. Unless the other side tells me to be tamed like a lion.
Deterrence
I have no anger to controll.
I'm an emotion and a feeling.
Venting is therapeutic than bottling up.
Fight or flight 🤣
