I used to vent to my friends pretty regularly. I thought it would help how I felt, we all did it, but the anger never quite went away. In fact trying to put it into words only made me more attached to it and thus harder for me to be in control. Suppressing anger really is the answer because the feelings are not permanent and if you let them pass on their own then they will. For the first time in a long time I’m not struggling with anger because of these videos, thank you💕

Wow. Machallah Today a women accused me of something I didn't do. I almost got angry but then I realise that the shaitan will laugh. And so I controlled it for the first time. I've never felt at ease. 😌 Alhamdulilah may Allah swt guide us all.

For anytime I listen to you my stress and worries go away .

When i heard an old lady was jailed in uae for begging.and that homelessness and beggibg is a crime a 3months jail or 10k fine in aue.i cried and got super blow up angry furious.n then when i learnt that china tortured electricuted 3million innocent muslims in xinjiang even babies and mbs n mbz the leaders the alphamales and head of muslim ummah knew and did nothing instead told china they looked foward to doing more business with china and signed billion dollar contracts.and only trump was angry at china for torturing muslims.know that destruction is on its way.god will not spare the wicked.repent now before the wrath of god befalls the entire arabian gulf clean poof into flat sands.

Alhamdullilah oh I so needed such hope in my life today . May Allah forgive me and make me do the right thing in life. Astigfirullah, I will always recite until I die.Pray for me , oh mankind.

Anger is the punishment we give to ourselves for the mistakes of others

Your patient lecture put in tears whole day thank God for that. Mr. Mink the test Allah give me is that I have married three times in life and non of them live with for 4 years. Only the last wife give me two children before she passed away a year a go. She had a breast cancer some times she is in serious pain she will not complain . she told me there is a place in jannat just for ppl who experience pain and don't complain.
