I am a wife and I have anger problems but I cry everytime after being to much angry at my husband for a mistake he made or anybody else who I happend to be angry at because I know that much anger is not allowed I cry to ALLAH to humble me to give me respect for other people. I don't want to get angry easily Humble me ALLAH Humble me😭😭😭

HAKIM TV KENYA say astaghfar and leave from that room sit down and drink glass of water deep breath and think u r getting angry a person who brought u in this world she took care of u when u can't say a word she understand when u cried that what u need. God forbidden if she pass away and u are angry on her will u forgive u r self ? so pls try to control yourself not only u r parents but anyone in the family or strangers always remember what our beloved prophet said "Control our anger" and try to listen mufti menk speeches every day it will help u spiritually. Best thing is do as many salah as possible... thats the only way to handle.. Allah gave me a narcissistic mom.. I learnt to deal with her.. for now, I dont Break ties.. but maintain a DISTANCE..
