I'm a master in falling, when I was a child I used to fall so many times that I mastered this art by never have injured myself, the only damage to my body was some scrapes on the skin but nothing more. This is for me the best TIP ever, everyone should start by knowing how to land without majore injouries
I just picked up in-line skating with my 2 sons. All three of us are learning at the same time. Thank goodness you and a few other KZreadrs are here to show us how it’s done! I’m learning a lot faster than I anticipated.
I bought a pair of skates a couple years ago. Unfortunately, I had a medical issue that caused weakness and balance issues and I couldn't do it. Fast forward 18 months after surgery and a lot of exercise and I am ready to try again. I have balance and strength! Thank you for your videos. I am sure that come spring, my dogs will love your videos even more!
Ricardo, let me tell you...... after may last skate 25 years ago, YOU MADE ME try again this week. Got this week nearly new K2s -so different to these we used back then in 90s! Back to re-learn these forgotten skills. My teen daughter is far better then me! Thanks mate!
I bought my first pair of skates (and second) recently after over a decade without them and your channel was a major influence! It’s been so much fun. Thank you for making great videos and showing how fun rollerblading could be!
Thank you so much. I love that you take the time to explain the in's and out's, as well as demonstrate which makes everything so easy to understand.
Very good once again Mr Lino. I’ll have this skating sorted before I’m 68 😃

YES SIR!!! i wanna see you skating..send me a clip when you go out lots of love Lino
thank you for your videos. I mostly like two things. The first one, is that all that you explain, is clear, an easy to understand. English is not muy firts language, and I catch, almost everything. The second is the passion you transmit. It is clear thar you love this sport, and can transmit it to others. Great.
When I started skating I watched few tutorials on stopping and decided to learn T stop first - in about 3 one hours sessions i burned a lot of rubber. So I would not recommend it beginners, unless you can afford to buy new set of wheels in about a month or two. Better start with good plow and more important - carving. T stop doesnt work in situation when you need to stop fast, its only good for slowing down.
Thank you 😊 you’re awesome, the shins on the skate tongue is absolutely a wonderful tip
I am 48, lol, i quad skate all over my town, you’re tips took my skate to a whole different level🌞 thank you 😊

i have to say i really like this format of packed important basics, well explained, awesome !
I am watching your videos recently and I am amaze how you skates. I am new from inline skates and I am learning from your videos. And still keep watching your previous videos. So... Thank you... I hope will learn it in time. 🥰🦋🧑⚕️🌻
Thanks for your teaching!
Great tips on the positioning part. I'm trying to convince my wife of the same thing and my clip isn't enough 😂, so thanks for the help! 🤘🏻 Congrats on passing 100k. The 🐐 of our community 😁💥
Yes. I thought putting my weight on my toes will make me fall. It is rather more stable and you can easily regain your stance in case you stumble. Thanks.
love the tip about falling!
thanks, very helpful RicardoLino
You've made me get back into skating! I'm loving your videos, Ricardo! Greetings from Colorado! Be safe \M/
Thanks for making this video.
This was the tutorial I needed. Where have you been? Thank you. I subscribed. ❤
Thank you for thess amazing skills on inline skating.
Thank you so much!
Well done. ThankYou
Always like your video and tutorial, thanks for sharing🥰🥰
My take on turning via cross-overs is that you have to master the balance on your feet of forwards backwards. Basically if you can stand on one foot moving than you've got it. Because in order to cross-over, you have to balance on one foot whilst moving, and crossing over each other, each foot. Now its always going to be easier right over left turning left, for some reason... To practice forward backward balance on one foot, just keep it slow but steady and whilst moving, lift one foot off the ground, swap, repeat and extend the length of time on one foot as much as you can... Happy skating all - just my take on itl - Cheers Ricardo
Thank you!
Thank you 🙏
Thank you for your efforts iam really enjoyed it
This is my first video of yours but I should've come here before I got blades. I have those cheaper starter ones and coming from quads I knew better 😂. You're a great teacher and your accent is dreamy 😂
Hey Ricardo, another great tutorial! What skates are you wearing? They look sick as hell!
A very very good video vlog!! Thank you Ricardo!! Mabuhay ka!! Kudos to your channel!!

i appreciate your comment man!! lots of love Lino
i want to know howto progress in learning steps to: howto backward into quarter (fast.. gentle.. body weight distribution..) to stall on cope... no turning.. all straight backwards... never seen video how to get that work safely
thanks for sharing
sono un principiante italiano, e ho trovato la tua lezione interessantissima e utilissima.Complimenti!!
When I first tried inline skating and plowed through a mailbox to make an emergency stop or risk hitting a vehicle, I learned very quickly to practice stopping. 😅
Wow... Top frame!
Hey Ricardo. New subscriber! Thanks for the videos. I’ve been incline skating for a couple years now. I can can skate pretty well on even pavement and on slopes as well and I just started manoeuvre through people when going downhill (not dogs, kids or strollers.. that I have to wait for a clear path) I’m just trying to figure out what my legs have to do when I go downhill, I don’t know how to stop when going downhill, I just wait til I slow down. What’s the first step I have to take to stop. Thanks!
this is totally wrong the first 3 things a blader needs to know is rocket fishbrain, 270 backside savannah and torque

Finally got a new pair of skates, it’s been ages since I’ve skated and my last ones are done and were too small. The thing I’ve always struggled was to turn with one foot in the front of the other. Saving this video until I ‘m able to do it 😂
Yo, Ricardo! Great Video once again. Especially for someone for me, who is just getting into inline skating. Can't wait to get my first aggressive skates! Btw, is your shop down or is it just not available in every country?

Ayyye I see those Wizard Frames!!!
Hi Ricardo. First of all i would like to thanks for all your helpful videos 🙂 I’m just starting to learn inline skating. I bought a rollerblade size 278mm. All my running shoes are 260mm. Do you think this difference is too big?and will it affect badly?should i sell my rollerblade and buy new one size 260mm?
Hey bruv, thanks a lot.
As bases desses patins são muito legais, quais são??
When i turn my opposite leg of the way I'm turning (right leg when turning left) is in front. Is this bad and do i have to change it? Or is it preference
Really like your helmet, what is it?
Video starts at 2:47
Those Endless frames though 👀
I fell last weekend and hurt my neck, it would have been great to know sooner😢😳😅
I’m sorta scared of “crossovers” as a way of turning, love “carving” tho And I have always “t-breaked”. In fact that downhill ski way of stopping sorta scares me lmao
What brand is your helmet 😅
What skates are those?
Would you consider teaching an inline skating skill share class?
I bougth a decent pair. K2 fit 90. But my feet and shins are killing me. Need to sell them after a week
Can you tell me a affordable pair of skates inline skates
❤️❤️❤️
The only skill I need is to stop aging. I’ve been out for a thrash today and my sodding groin has packed in.
Hi Ricardo, am a beginner at inline skating but when am skating I feel pain on my waist and that makes me not to skate for long.

Dont bend your upper body... Bend your knees tht way you will be more stable... Upper body should be straight untill get to learn speed skating tht way you can now bend as you go faster
❤❤
Great info and video. A broken tail bone is brutally painful... for protection I never skate without my Superman Underpants, they provides protection for the coccyx and hips. I'm using bodyprox brand but there are many others. You can't feel the padding when skating and I forget there on, there is no down side IMHO.
Like this video
Everybody else said it already. I am just here for the Engagement stat. 😂
