OMG. I usually don't like date stories and skip them but I am glad I listened. These were definitely different. I don't do Valentine's day or baked potatoes. But I still like your channel.

I had a blind date once and the guy didn't seem to be very comfortable around me and not much to say. Found out the next day from my friend who set us up that I had reminded him of a prostitute he knew. That ended that. LOL. Was liking the last story until it ended with a man being an ASS. I have never understand either how someone can just hit and run with their car. I ran over a squirrel once and fell apart. To be honest, since you asked, they aren't my favorite stories. They always piss me off. Sour cream, butter and cheese on my potato.

Great stories. You could do a divorce related special for march (opposite of valentine type thing :) ) I don’t celebrate valentines, hate how it’s just so commercialised, the expectations people have (either pressure of what to buy or what they want/expect to receive) … you shouldn’t need a special day to show love. From your comment earlier it seems you are like me - got with my husband when we were 16 (now 36). Thank god; I don’t think I’d dare go on a date nowadays, so many horror stories!

Yup, back in `07, when we got together, I was 16, and I'm now 31, so very similar and only a few years behind you. For us Valentine's is just spending a day/evening together with minimal distractions. We don't do the gifts really, mostly because if we want to get the other something, we'll just get it.

He took his mother to the date? 😭 Whoever marries him will be miserable! Those types of women have a crush on their sons. I've met one or 2!

Great stories, at 68 I never have done a blind date. Twiced baked smothered in Thick real butter, sourcream, Velveta American cheese, with potato skins twice baked cryspy. Yum, Yum lolol

These are the kinds of stories that my SO and I listen to and hug each other tightly. Yikes! I hope everyone's as happy, healthy, and safe as can be out there. Baked potato toppings: Butter, garlic, lemon pepper, salt (low), rarely bacon or cheddar cheese

If I went on a first date with a guy, and he brings his mummy with him, I'm noping out of that situation yesterday. I would be high tailing out before the waiter can get the drinks order. Mummy is going to be running, or at least trying to run the relationship, and if the relationship did by some more devine intervention, lead to marriage, mother would be moving in with the couple permanently and turn the nee bride into her personal slave for ever.

My baked potato is usually a solo meal, so in addition to what you mentioned, it will also have broccoli, and a hint of green onion. My DP substitutes cottage cheese for the sour cream and adds Worcestershire sauce.

On valentimes day I run out of my medication so I'll be walking to cvs to refill it and hopefully itll be above freezing and not raining 🤣 and whilst I'm out I have to go to the ups store to send back an Amazon package which was only half of what was ordered. Then I'll treck the 2 miles bacn to have a candle lit dinner with the dogs bc my bf went to Florida yesterday to care for a family member who just had surgery and he isn't planning to head back for at least a few weeks. So that's fun!

I like LOTS of butter with my baked potato with salt and pepper

@As The Raven Dreams , I like the flavor of real butter versus margarine. Baked potatoes can be really dry so I have to use a lot of butter so I don't choke!
