ArgrusGaming my first thought was to weight but with 2 groups of 4 and with 1 left over then one of the group of 4 would be heavier than the other, so split the heavier group into 2 smaller groups of 2, weigh again in a 2v2 then grab the 2 balls in heaviest group, one in each hand and weigh it manually hahaha

The puddle of "water" was from him peeing himself from being hanged.

Riddle Channel Actually I solved the second one differently.. not the way you wanted but make two groups of four and one left and if they're balanced then obviously it's the other if not take the leaning side and separate them into two take the leaning side both you and your friend can carry a gold ball hope you like my answer

+AWildPokeman YT I thought about it the same way. But the solution is imperfect. You get left with 2 balls. You cannot weight them by hand since the weight difference is too subtle, and you cannot take both. So the solution in the video is the only correct one.

In riddle 2 you never said that the fake balls have the same weight. Therefore it is impossible to guess.

Question 3: why would the victim use a block of ice? and how can that fit in a freezer? I can't fit it in my freezer

Better solution to puzzle three: it's a metaphor for a stillborn infant, whereby the umbilical cord wrapped around the neck during delivery after the water broke trying to exit the room/womb.

That would be a very slow, scary and painful death unless he lived in the Sahara desert

The last riddle is ridiculous because people who are hanged naturally relax their muscles when the die, and urinate after death. This would have caused a puddle even if there wasn't some ice under his feet

The hat pattern for the first one could be anything! No just black white and black or white black and white. They could all have the same color of hats!

I could solve the 2 riddle

The last one he could of just climbed up the rope when he was attached to it and then let go

Alternate answer for the last one: he bored a hole through the roof and hung himself by jumping into the house, rather than jumping off a surface inside the house. That would have left the particular patch underneath the hole vulnerable to the elements. The windows make it clear that it wasn't a sunny day; looks overcast, potentially drizzly, so rain made a puddle in that spot.

I did the second one differently. Take the balls and put 4 in each scale, leaving one out. If they balance, take the single one. If one side is heavier, get rid of the lighter 4 and the extra one. Split the remaining bars in pairs, you'll be left with two balls. You take one, your friend takes the other.

in the 3rd u should have said that he had water under, cuz I tried to solve it only from the text and i could not find the answer

draakon98 the same thing happened to a lot of people but seems like i didn't have that problem. Why? Because when he says "pause the video" is to take a look at the paused image. The first two riddles show the text but not the third one so I automatically assumed that the answer was in the image

+Michael Thornes There must be something wrong with your vision. In the picture, you can clearly see that the room has shadows. Why would there be two different coloured shadows? There wouldn't be.

could have been the artist's style or something. I agree they should have specified it was water. I think specifying it would have made it too easy, that's why they tried to bamboozle you by not saying it was water.

I solved the third one

With the gold balls, I don't need the scale. Fake gold will warm up after being held for awhile, while real gold remains constantly cold.

I didn't see that puddle of water.....If I knew I would've got it right.....

If they were all wearing white hats wouldn't it be impossible?

Agree otherwise im missing something. As far as i know the only thing i'll know is that im the one with the different colour. Nothing else it can be 2 whites 1 black or the oppossite.

The last one ... he ran two quick steps and sprang upwards and caught the rope. He pulled himself up it a bit (hand over hand) until he could place the noose over his head ... then let go. (no need for ice) ... the wet patch was when he uncontrollably pissed himself as he strangled to death. The other two were easy ones but I like you video. Keep up the good work :)

because of how weirdly the drawings were done, I thought it was his shadow in the third one! also, you can literally just pick up the golden balls and feel how heavy the are

All 3 were easy, and I enjoyed the first two.

I have watched this 3 times and my head is still perfectly intact.

All puzzles were quite easy, I liked the first one because it made me think the most. Got all of them right, they were all pretty straight forward I think, nothing very tricky.

First one: Be the one to make a deal with their leader. "Eat them and let me go, I'll bring more people for you to eat in return." Second one: Put the gold balls onto the scale two at a time (one on each side), without removing the previous balls. It will count as being used one time, as you aren't finished loading until you find the heaviest one. Third one: Guy jumps up to grab the rope, inserts head into noose, lets go, dies, and then wets himself upon death, creating the puddle.

I'm happy that I was able to solve the one with the gold balls

I feel sad for the extreme suffocation and slow death the third guy suffered

I'm going to like the video solely based on riddle number one! The fact the master of the cannibals is Jack Sparrow is too priceless

Love your channel, but for riddles like the one at the end, could you say something like "Look around the room, and see if you can see what made the detective figure out how the man killed himself" because I kept thinking about what information I had been given, not realizing the answer was in the picture. That would be very helpful, thanks!

The third one is so old and well known, that you know both the question and the solution when you see the picture. Nr. 2 is quite tricky and it took me quite a while. Nr. 3 reminded me of the other prisoner hat riddle with three people in front and one behind the wall. And as I indeed love that one since you presented it on your channel, I solved this "sequel" quite swiftly, although this is in my opinion one level above :-). Go on, your riddles are always a great pleasure!

The man had rope climbing skills from gym class, the rope was long enough for him to reach and climb to the top, then with one hand, he cut half the rope and made a noose. He lowered himself in the noose and let go. Easy.

1. Act like you close your eyes! keep your eyes shut enough so that your still peeking, but so that it looks like theyre completely shut. (ive done this before and it works pretty well) 2. bring building equipment and start fixing the ancient scale . then way every ball until you find the right one. 3. EASIEST ONE! the man held onto the ceiling and tied his neck, then jumped off the ceiling to commit suicide.

Riddle 1 was done correctly.Riddle 2 he needed to specify that the eight fake gold balls weighed exactly the same. By only stating that the real gold ball was slightly heavier than the rest he left open the possibility of the fake balls weighing a little different. Riddle 3. I was not sure what the blue swirl was under the man. It looked like a rug or portal to me. Anyways thank you it was fun.

In future, for scenarios like the last one, could you label/list what's in the room? Sometimes it seems like things aren't exactly the clearest, they're rarely really hard to identify, but having to confirm what things are supposed to be detracts from the riddle imo.

I halfway solved the first one, but gave up before I thought it through complete. Got the second one after some heavy thinking, and already knew the third

my answer was wrong for the third. I assumed the man was drowned in a nearby watersource,a pool or a sink perhaps and his 'suicide' was staged to allow the murderers to escape. the water from this would drop down causing a small but noticable puddle under him.

This channel could be used in schools who else thinks so?

I hadn't said ice specifically, just that he had been in water that then had evaporated, but I was close. The first and second ones were a piece of cake.

12 balls and you dont know if its heavier or lighter, can use scale 3 times. this was my favorite riddle i solved

I wasnt able to solve any of them i am disappointed
