I'm disabled, on a fixed income & He controls money except for what my measly amount brings in. A back injury put me in this mess & now I'm stuck with this narcissistic jerk. BUT! I am working my way out of this. I've learned a lot from Dr. Shaler & am grateful that I found her.

Gaslighting forever…. Tiring! Ya, lots of $$$$$ spent counseling. Love the msg! Sounds all too familiar. Continues to continue. Detached now. Don’t even tell others in your social circle, it will bite you. I think you meet on Wed. during the morn, not doable. Thank you for sharing! Super style and informative! Listen often. Good luck when the person is in your social circle. It is a wound…

I see your new format is really doing you well. It helps what you say and be relaxed to magnify all the information you give in a way less stressful way. All you have to say be my client and then we see the words. Great idea!! And the confidence you must get that your voice is really clear. Posture is so important for peace. What victims need to do when we recover. Because In the bring of my recovery my voice changed. I would get marble mouth and that is not esteeming.
