I always struggle with fried rice as it becomes sticky and clumpy. You literally started with rice egg SOUP and turned it into beautiful single grain fried rice! I will give it a try and hope at least a bit of whatever sorcery you used will transfer to me!

😮 Seonkyoung!! You startled me ... 😅 Love egg fried rice, its so easy and yummy! My issue is that I NEVER have leftover rice, my family eats it all whenever I make anything with rice 🤷🏾. I mean I should probably get a bigger steamer; apparently 3 cups isn't big enough 😂😂😂. 🤦🏾

I never figured out how to not make a sticky mess with the rice. Found out rice should be refrigerated to "dry out".
