I’m doing my FIRST Hyrox next month. Any tips on how to train my breathing for the duration of the running and station work?

How did your comp go? Have you done it yet? Training your breathing, first, stay calm, practice deep diaphragmatic breathing drills when using lower intensities, and then make sure you train in those higher cardio zones and breath normally. Expose yourself to all this and you should be good to go in your comp!
