Hi Don, Thanks a lot for your all videos. I have cracked several international interviews and learned a lot from you. Now I am in Europe and credit goes to you.
I think one of the hardest things is finding something you like. Generally a job is not your hobby or likes. But that's what you have to make it.

This is the second year I am using and watching your videos, definitely they work, not only I have some interviews without applying for jobs, but get 50% more offerings, I need to work on the offer discussion in order to feel comfortable for asking more money.
I agree this is an awesome hand book. I bought it couple of year back. I have seen the question that are asked in the interview are similar and at times exactly the same. I have done lot of contract job which mean lot of interviews and every interview I always study this hand book. I am amazed after 3 year this guide is still helpful. I loved today's 3 questions. I was not aware of MP3, now I know so, I will buy it. It is worth buying so, I can listen while driving my car and prepare for my next contract job.
Dude .. you are saving my life with this video. THANKS!!!
Thank you Don! You are an educator in this much demanding field!👍🙏♥️
I’m so glad I found you. Especially this 3 questions video. I also watched several ones you have done. I nailed the interview and I wasn’t a nervous wreck. I was confident and incorporated the three answers. Wish me luck!! Feeling very positive.

Hello Don, it has been a great pleasure (and luck :-)) to learn and improve through those practical, easy-to-follow interview strategies. Sincere thanks for all your time and effort creating those and sharing with us!! I have been consider myself competent in challenging jobs but "lack of" interview skills, and great to know it's not as difficult as expected to improve the situation. I've ordered your book and media kits to learn further, also make me better prepared for a 2nd interview next week:) p.s.: I'm finally clear about the difference "Why do you want to work here?" and "Why should we hire you?", which I sometimes mixed up before...

I want to say a big Thank You to you, Don! Your interview advice is top notch and anyone that takes the time to watch your videos will find it is time well invested. I was seriously struggling during interviews, failing one after another. I clearly looked good on paper because I was getting the interviews but when it came time to verbally communicate my skills and job worthiness, things just burned to the ground; I knew I had to do something. I found your channel, listened to and followed your advice, and in so doing was able to land not one but two job offers. I was able to choose the better of the two and in a great turn of events was able turn down the employer for a change!! Thank so much, I honestly could not have done it without you 😀

Answer I think worked for this Job. I have worked “With” (Manager’s Name) before and he is (Pile it on)… If you have connections use them. Caution connections can hurt you also.
It's better to say the contract ended to avoid so many questions lol 😂
I have experience for 9 years but for the last one year I didn't get the job.I have been asked this question over and over again which is why did you left your last job?I always answer this question with honesty due to down sizing etc.I get nervous in interviews which is one of the reasons I think i am not hired. In my sales jobs I was not able to reach targets. This question is often asked in my interviews that how much revenue I brought to the companies I worked? Please advice me in succeeding my interviews.I regularly watch your videos before going to an interview.Keep up the great work.

Is it true that some companies have a business model that supports high turnover? ie: Big 4 Accounting. Is there a strategy for this or do we assume all companies look for life long employeees? Great content - thanks.
This video got me wondering about a scenario of over qualification. During my studies I applied to a certain game house (flippers and such). It was a position to supervise the area, nothing more. I didn't get it and the reason was said to me: I was over qualified since I was a BTh at the time. Well, in Finland you don't do jack with a bachelors degree, so I didn't have plans to leave rigth away. Still the employer saw me as over qualified. So, with all the motivation in the world, can you just be over qualified to some assistant positions?
I love ur lecturing
