I want to give you my 5 Best Last Minute Tips that are the secret formula you have been missing.
These are my best interview tips and techniques literally the secret formula to interview success is one that will help you build a framework and a methodology that's going to pull you through the interview so that an employer can get a better picture of who you are and what you can deliver to their organization if they're hire you.
So, the first interview technique is to ask good questions.
Ask good questions to them. This is going to show them that you are thinking and visualizing about the job. This formula to interview success has been used by nearly all of my clients and I'm sure that you will be successful in your interview too when you apply it.
www.jobinterviewtools.com/5-b...
If you have been interviewing for jobs and not getting second interviews, it's likely that you have been giving a wrong answer to this questions. This is one of the most common interview questions that everyone gets wrong. When employers ask, why do you want to work here, you need to give them an answer that not only explains why you want to work there, but an answer that includes them. Why you want to work here is a very poplar question and you can expect to get asked this question on every job interview.

Number 3 is VERY complicated because it is hard to catch on to their language and terminologies while you are stuck into your mind trying to remember what you learned about the company and every answer you practised! Oscillating between your inner and outer mental state is not easy and for some impossible, as they can only access one area of their brain at a time! :(

Also, don't be nervous or desperate. Go into the interview with the sincere desire to land the job, but also be comfortable with not getting it. I've found that when I've gone into job interviews not really needing the job, I tend to be much more relaxed, confident and better at responding to the interviewers questions. In short, I'm not a bundle of nerves when I know I'm just as well off without the job as I am with it.

Reggie Turner exactly, I’m not for manufacturing responses. if the job does not feel right for you it’s perfectly ok to reject an offer. Similarly if you get rejected it’s ok. You can always try elsewhere. Who you are, technical skills and values have to be in alignment with your future employer and vice versa, otherwise you wouldn’t enjoy your job 😄!

I have failed my last 4-5 interviews.I watched this 2 hours prior to today’s interview and I got hired! He did not ask any of the questions today(My previous interviewers definitely did) however, me being prepared to answer those questions allowed me to present myself in a much better light. You’re awesome and thank you so much.Subscribed!
Don is the best. Two years ago I went from getting interviews to getting job offers. I was interviewing frequently based on my experience and education but not getting the offers, I watched a few of Don’s videos and that all changed. I am now interviewing for a promotion and I am back. Thank you Don
I got the job in my first interview! Of course I have the qualifications but just about everything in this video was awesome to keep in mind. Apparently I was the first person to have questions for them! I was told that I’d have to wait a week for the decision and they called me back in about 5 hours. Thanks so much!
Interviews are one of the most dreaded things in my life, and I have one tomorrow. I have had the question where they ask me “tell me about a difficult situation you encountered in a previous job and how you handled it” I absolutely dread this question as I don’t know what to say.
I have an interview tomorrow morning wish me luck!!!
👏👏 Asking good, meaningful questions can make a big difference! It's generally obvious when someone's asking questions they think they "should" ask instead of questions they actually care about.
Hey Don, just wanted to reach out and say thank you for these videos. They are extremely helpful and I took your tips on the questions to ask and aced both of my interviews. I landed a career, which has been something I’ve been wanting. Your videos really allowed me to flourish in my interviews and now have an executive level position. Sadly most of getting a job and promotions I've noticed tends to be "do I want to work with this person", it has little to do with "is this the best person" it's entirely about the fact that'll they'll be chatting to you for perhaps years almost everyday, so you could be not great at the job, but if you are passable and have similar hobbies / they generally get on with you you'll have a much better chance of getting the job than somebody who is incredible at the job but they can't discuss sports or whatever with. I know this as in every job I've had I end up with employee of the month, and current job I get 270% productivity, but does any of that help me get other jobs even within the same company? hell no they want a new friend not an incredibly skilled employee.

I totally agree with asking meaningful questions. Many hiring managers complain about candidates that don’t ask questions (rightfully or not). Not asking questions make the candidate not seem interested and also creates that awkward quietness in the interview

I highly recommend asking for further clarification/elaboration for questions you don’t understand. I’ve used this in my interviews and every time I have been able to give a much more clear and concise answer after they provide more information. Try not to do this for too many questions or I don’t think it would look very good, but I agree it is an extremely effective response to use.
