Paddles, especially paddle sparring.

Random placement paddle sparring for quick reaction training, and wavemaster for heavier contact techniques. Also like training 'dummy' for grappling/throwing applications.

Have a Wavemaster XXL Red at home & I love it! Their customer service lady is super cool & funny too! Just finished the fight training side of my basement now to finish painting the other side but I already have all the weights & equipment! Love your video & Alex Wong Too! 🙋🏽‍♂️

Loved all these drills iv been doing a lot of how to kick higher vids and i love them can't wait to see future drills and I can't wait to get a century bag im craving one!!!

Nice, easy to follow video! Especially liked the kneeling to roundhouse kicks.... Great for building power in those hip flexors. Creative! Enjoyed this. Thanks!👍

Good drills. I still do the lunge-kicks for explosion. Got some of the young athletes doing them also. Nice video, very practical.
