From my honest opinion, your training videos inspire me in every single way, from teaching to training, and as a Sensei. It would be awesome to really meet you in person and train together. But surely, please keep making videos, I honestly use if not all, but most of your drills, and it's improved my sparring a lot ! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

it's hard when you can't find the right school to train at. also what's the best way to make your kicking chamber effortless and relaxed? I was taught to keep my heel close to the butt and my kicks feel slow and tense. I can't seem to get that whip effect. Any insight helps thanks!

Hi Alex I have a taekwondo tournament coming up in a month and I need to lose some weight two I can be in the later category. But I don't no what to eat that won't give me a pound because right now I way 135 and I need to be in around 120s. Can you please do video of weight cut before tournaments to lose weight that would help me a lot.

I think it just varies by school. Some will be more strict than others
