This is my Taekwondo-only channel! I am a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and I compete in Sparring- I love doing high kicks, and weapons (nunchucks & bo staff). 2 years ago, I tore two ligaments in my ankle. I kept competing for those 2 years until I absolutely couldn't. This year, I finally had the much-needed ankle surgery. I can't wait to get back on the competition floor and am determined to go back in stronger than before!

Yes, a great exercise routine for cardio also, I'm sure. I have just enough room to do these. Thanks for posting another winner, Samy. Keep "kicking" out these great vids. Cheers and kicks!!!!!!!!!

To append my original comment, I've done this routine 3 times in th passed month. My times for completion have improved from 13:30 to 11:30 the other day- 1/20/2019. Has greatly aided my cardio during sparring practice- and guys, I'm 57. Do this video.

On 24 March I tried this again; got my time down to 7:10 which equates to 17 seconds per repetition. Not bad for 57, I think anyways. It's on my YT channel and rather lengthy, about 9 minutes and change, and my kicks aren't picture perfect like Master Samy's, but...

To work on your balance try doing your poomse (forms or kata) 5 times each at a slower pace. You can also do each kick 25 times each leg at a slower pace. You can use a wall for support if necessary. Make sure to warm up before you start to avoid injury. Hope this helps

Sanjana Vinod Singh Here's my 2 cents of advice. Eating healthy(meat, fruita), and drinking water is something you should focus on. When training try dolyo chagui in the kicking bag without stopping for a min, 2 min, then 3 min. After that incorporate other kicks that require more energy( back kick, side kick, 360, punch)
