A question for Dr Gundry from the land down under. I have been concerned about the coffee pods I've used for some time as they never list the ingredients other than coffee. I believe that some have added caramel possibly sugar and other additives ? How do the manufacturers escape revealing additives ? Please keep up the great work Dr Gundry.

Been taking polyphenols from mango tea leaves since two months ago and it helped me immensely in removing 90% of my long covid symptoms that I've suffered for a year (chest pains, breathlessness, fatigue). I thought it's the end of life for me as I've rushed to ER twice during that period and just doing housework for 2 hours already felt like I've spent all my energy. Now, I can go on all day and never experience fatigue anymore. It's been almost a month now of not having the crazy long covid symptoms now. I really feel the immense improvement and I attribute it to taking the polyphenols as I'm not taking any other medications. Thank you for more info on polyphenols.

Dr Gundry pls pls 3 questions 1 amaranth, its been an ancestral seed for South America, actually same qionoas family, do you know if it has lectins? 2. In a former video, you mention that some seaweeds may have lectins and cause autoinmune disprders specially affect pancreas, do you know if there is one or some that are safe to consume? There are so mamy that have amazing properties, vitamins, amknoscids, minerals, chlorella, spirulin, kelp, wakame, kombu, japamesse, okinawa people, consume seaweed so much and it seems to me, in general they are so healthy 3. Pectins, can you speak about them, dr tau Braum and Dr. Ardis recomend them with enormous benefits, specially Apple pectins, reduce blood pression, detox, well so many benefits... Do you have some opinión about them.. in the market its relatively easy to find specially citric pectins v for jellies, etc...

  • @stevelanghorn1407

Yes. Absolutely…If you get the REAL thing! That harks from Modena and also Reggio Emilia, Italy & is made from their old special grape varieties. The whole grape goes into the mix (“Must”)…the seeds, skin & stalks…and ferments, preferably for at least 3 years. Like anything else, you pay for quality, but the better stuff probably lasts longer because it’s stronger, richer & tastier! Great on Feta cheese.

Everybody is a doctor In this day and age, it seems like everybody is a doctor on KZread. The journey through medical school typically involves a rigorous and demanding course load, but it often lacks a strong focus on research. Instead, students primarily learn through reading and studying. However, conducting meaningful research in the medical field requires proper funding and expert supervision to delve deep into specific medical topics. Without proper research credentials, a doctor's statement holds little advantage over the statements of a well-read scholar.

Big pharma offers incentives and free samples to GPs to promote their drugs. Some GPs prioritize personal interests, like features in a new BEMA, over my health concerns. Seeking Help: - Look for doctors with PhDs or healthcare scientists with a strong publication record and peer reviews. - Subscribe to reputable medical forums like Harvard Medical School, Stanford, John Hopkins, etc. - Validate the information you find by conducting your own research to identify reliable sources. - Be aware that financial interests can infiltrate various/all areas, so critical thinking is crucial in discerning credible information. @@seang2700 I feel another victim found his wag out. CONGRATS!!! My case was far from straightforward. Statins sent my CK levels soaring, causing severe muscle damage and 24/7 pain. Non Statin did nothing for my cholesterol, leaving me with the impossible choice of facing either a stroke or kidney collapse. For years, I diligently followed a healthy diet, cooking lean turkey meat with vegetables and olive oil, avoiding junk food, shellfish, and processed items. But despite my efforts, my cholesterol remained sky high. On the other front, I was given wrong pills for stress that led to a 40-pound weight gain, making movement almost impossible. Doctors and specialists simply dismissed my suffering as an inevitable consequence of aging and arthritis. Feeling like life wasn't worth living with such unbearable pain. All doctors threw in white towels. I decided to take matters into my own hands and try anything and everything that could potentially help. One of my discoveries was the Apo-B test, a much cleaner and accurate indicator of cholesterol levels compared to the traditional lipid test. My Apo-B result turned out to be fine so something else was at play. Surprisingly, my doctor had never heard of the Apo-B test, and I realized that 20+ years of statin use, aches, and pains had been unnecessary. I stumbled upon the benefits of a simple vitamin B (Niacin flush), which proved to be a better treatment than statins. My doctor agreed, but couldn't explain why it was never prescribed to me before. Being an avid follower of Dr. Sinclair from HMS, I eagerly awaited the arrival of NMN supplements on the market. I combined it with a few other supplements and noticed remarkable changes - I lost 15lbs without even trying, and my newfound energy allowed me to engage in various physical activities, like push-ups, lifting heavy objects in awkward positions, chest dips, and pull-ups. At 62, I felt like a young man again, and my muscles visibly developed after just two weeks of exercise, something that hadn't happened in over three decades. When I consulted my doctor to ensure my safety with these supplements, I was surprised to find out that he wasn't familiar with most of the supplements on my list, instead advising me to simply eat normally with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and water. It became evident to me that the entire medical industry had been corrupted by Big Pharma. We are in dire need of a complete overhaul, and I hope visionaries like Elon Musk will develop standardized AI systems to replace doctors. AI could handle routine medical assessments, and when additional attention is required, it could schedule appropriate human medical treatments, ushering in a new era of more personalized and effective healthcare. I am sorry. I have absolutely NO RESPECT FOR DOCTORS.
