He said less. I've been doing a a ratio of 1Lemon/2Liter/HalfGallon. So like the ratio of a quarter lemons worth of juice per about the amount of water in a dasani bottle. Then I add half a teaspoon of salt. If you want you could experiment with splenda or smth.

Salt does not increase blood pressure; it's something we all need, especially if we're exercising (sweating) on a daily basis. Without salt you will dehydrate and endanger your health in many ways. But store-bought salt is deficient in minerals, and that's the problem. I use Redmond Real Salt. It might seem a bit pricy at first, but I only have to order it once every three months. Worth it. The best thing we can do is ditch ALL our sugar, the real killer.

A lot of people mocking the price but honestly the sad truth is there is no super cheap electrolyte ingrediant home made or At the store. All though I do highly reccomend going home made if you can find the time. It tastes better and is healthier. First you don'nt need the most expensive one coconut water ever. And secondly you dont need to use nearly as much as he does. I personally go -Half a cup of coconut water -2 lemons -Some sea salt -A spoon of honey -And normally I buy a soda water and mix that in till i reach a full cup A month supply costs me around 20 bucks and I can normally make that last the month with me working out around 2-4 times a week. Depending on how dedicated im feeling. So honestly not that bad in price. It only goes by quick if you end up falling inlove with the taste and drinking it every single day. Which you most likely wont.
