Sarah, these all look SO YUMMY! I can't wait to try them!! BTW, I tried your Waldorf Wrap a few weeks ago & it was SO DELICIOUS!!! I will make that so many times this spring & summer!! Also the Waldorf Wrap would make such a great Wedding or Baby Shower entree. For one of those occasions i would skip the wrap & serve it as a salad with a nice roll or croissant. It would be perfect for either of those occasions!

All looks delicious, the one I wanna try the most is the first one lol

I made the vegan brownies and they were amazing. The Chickpeas really make the dessert filling. I had to use all purpose flour, was still good. I will be trying Oats next. I also had to keep it in for 40 minutes. Was a little dry due to this so I will be experimenting. The additional choc chips help with any changes in texture due to the chickpeas. I love it! Thank you😍

I went looking for your cookbook in Chapters/Indigo and I couldnt find it. 😭 the computer system said it was in vegans/vegetarian section, still couldn't find it.

I'm confused..how did they ship the products to you if they dont ship to canada? And for the tart i would swap out the lime wedge for lime candy to make it fully edible.

Anais K lime wedges are edible, you can’t eat the peel but it makes a difference to have the wedge

Normally I’m not a huge fan of chocolate but I think that’s it’s better when put together with something like peanut butter, almond butter, hazelnuts, or dried fruit or my fav combo (at least in my top 3 fav) chocolate and mint. I don’t really like chocolate when it’s just by itself. Those crispy chocolate peanut butter balls look hella good though!! Omg! I will add though that I can’t eat chocolate that much because it can give me a bad headache/migraine. Also, those lime coconut tarts look amazing! All of these recipes look so amazingly delicious! I’d try them all. Question for you Sara Lynn: do you think that using a Vitamix blender in place of a food processor would work just as well ?
