These three hacks for building mental strength are pure gold! It's crucial to remember that mental strength is something we can all develop over time. The idea of embracing discomfort, setting achievable goals, and practicing gratitude are practical and effective strategies.

I found you when my brother went through heartbreak. I told him about Steven Bartlett channel last year, and bro found you through him and shared it with me. I've watched both interviews at once, deeply touched by the way you shared your story and the honest conversation you allowed us to witness, and dare I say, I watch A LOT of interviews all the time and read a lot as well. Now, this video, idk what is about it, but I got on my bike and had my usual biking while listening to you and felt well charged . I think it worked for me because of your voice, the pauses you make at the right time, the intonation, and definitely the background music. When I go through serious challenges, idk why but my mind always creates a scene when I imagine I am being interviewed after 10 years and I've been asked "Now that you are so successfull, how did you manage to go through that tough moment?" Really helps me change perspective, find how to make my problem workoutable, and reminds me that I am a soul in this fraction of time on my path to God and now I just experience this difficultly that was sent to me alongside the key to handle it. Thank you! ❤️

Hey Dr Aria, do you believe in premonitions? I first saw you on a podcast yesterday “The Diary of a CEO” and didn’t make the correlation to a previous dream/premonition I had, until I watched this video. I’m totally blown away right now and can’t figure out what the meaning is in all of this. In my premonition many years ago there was a dark haired gentleman/ceo from your country that had experienced heartbreak, similar to your story that you shared on the podcast and I was in your office interviewing for a job. What I’m trying to say is we’ve already met in the astral realm many years ago. I didn’t realize it was you until I watched this video that it all clicked together! Are you hiring? Lol

I appreciate the use of the acronym MAN, particularly as it relates to self reflection and emotional regulation. The wisdom imparted in this video can be beneficial to anyone but culturally we could really stand to focus on mental strength as an attribute of masculinity with the context that mental strength starts with identifying/acknowledging emotions. Would love to see a series perhaps focused on men. This video really made me think about a piece I recently read on The Discourse Lounge Substack called Debunking the Red Pill.

Thank you so much for joining me on my journey from the start! Brilliant thoughts - in two weeks there will be a video that touches upon the tools I used personally to move through the pain and challenges when my wife cheated on me and the relationship ended. Would love to read any comments you have once it’s out and you see it! 🙏🏼
