Amen, I had to figure this out on my own. Every one of these principles are true and they must use in every day live be in order to have peace. Let go of the joystick and it will straighten itself out, if it's meant to be it will be if not it won't whether we stress over it or not. Choose the less stress method and let go and put it fully in God's hands and it will straighten its own self out. It usually straightens itself out better than what we could do ourselves. The joystick parallel comes in because I learnt from a pilot decades ago in an F-16 fighter jet if you have enough altitude, if you're when in a spin you can let go of the joystick and it will straighten itself out. I use this metaphor through my life... Thank you for this message Dr Aria..

I like the theory, and always have. But to actually integrate strength in my life at a higher vibrancy then before I personally have to do a lot of work and did that through programs that helps in focusing on real emotional and mental healing, becoming self aware and taking responsibility for ones own feelings. I had no idea how lost I was until I decided to embark on that journey. Still a bit lost, but moving to a more sustainable way of living gradually. I of course did not go on this journey until I hit rock bottom, and had no will to live. I was full of anxiety. I know if I do not take me seriously and treat myself as someone I am responsible to take care of in every aspect of my life I will end up there again. And that is no option. I had to cut out friends and family members and anyone wanting me not to change. I have won a lot on my change as well, as I have not given up on me, and I have foght for myself a bit more, and I like to believe that the snowball effect might kick in one day. That all the good things might accumulate and turn into a new life experience for me. I am no stoic, but I care more and I take more time to ponder over my decisions and how they will affct my life experience, whether it is work, love, exercise or something else and it makes me feel important and like I matter.

Hello Aria. I just learn about you, and I like your work. You look very sincere, like if you talk from the heart. I was thinking, maybe you would like some time, to talk about how to trust again and dating after a divorce. Im still working on me after one and a half year of my divorce, but I can see that it is a big issue opening up again. Just the thought of it scares me. Sending you blessings and light
