100% the biggest key to eating healthy in my opinion is eating whole foods like you're saying. Preferrably, level up by avoiding GMO and things like that. I love healthy cooking videos, always looking for something new to try.

So what I do . You ask. I fast every morning and workout and train gymnastics till 12 or 1 pm . Sauna jacuzzi shower for 1 hour. At 2pm. I eat a peanut butter sandwich with a glass of milk . That's it . If you do this everyday for 5 years . You can become amazing like me. Good luck You dont even need to focus. I learned the 5 minute backflip from this clown . He is a dank Canadian
