Hi there! Dr. Gundry believes that as much as 99% of Americans may be experiencing leaky gut symptoms... not just from foods that contain lectins but also from processed foods, added sugars, and various other parts of the standard American diet that are harmful to our GI tracts and microbiome. That's why it is so important for all of us to take care of our gut health, both through nutrition and proper supplementation.

Pure scaremongering and dirty marketing techniques! I can’t believe I actually stopped eating tomatoes for a while before I realised it’s a con. If tomatoes are so toxic, how come they’re a staple in the Mediterranean diets, along with cucumbers and other vegetables on the “forbidden” list. It’s a total con, I’m calling BS on this.
