I have been doing yoga enemas and yoga for weight loss and weight management, detoxing, fitness, health and wellness since 1995 when I was 13 years old.
I had to do a 48 hour fast for my colonoscopy/ endoscopy surgery. I lost 7 pounds and ate soft foods for 2 days afterwards. I didn't feel like I was starving and didn't have any sugar cravings at all. I went into my doctor the week before weighing 211 lbs. After fasting and surgery I weighed 204 lbs. 3 weeks later I weigh 200 lbs.😀💪🏼
