Really excellent. I'm new to learning about filmmaking at almost 33 years of age now, and as a long-time admirer of Stanley Kubrick, I figured 'why not?' Can anyone recommend any KZread videos or playlists that go over the more technical and what we'd normally call practical aspects? I can't seem to find much on director's craft. Maybe that is something you just need to read about. Or actually go to a film school lol...but no money. Thanks for keeping so many courses of MIT public and free.

The title says this is from 2007, but the description says 2013. The title seems to be correct because the NYT article he talks about here was published September 2007.
