I think it would be a good idea to brush the inside of the bread with some olive oil and drizzle a little bit on top before putting the top on.

i usually break the rolls into 6 ...... then cut , i get more of an even cut ....... hope that helps

I love sliders. They’re so versatile. And you can also stuff those rolls with cheesecake filling, and bake. I only buy one kind of pickle relish, Wickles. For stuff like potato salad, I cut up my own dill pickles. I think it tastes better.😂

With the breakfast sliders, how do you store the leftovers? Do you keep the. In the fridge or do you freeze them?

We put them in the fridge but it's because we knew we would eat them within a couple of days. I think you could absolutely freeze them!

Just wondering how much did you use of the cottage cheese and Boursin cheese? Would like to try this.

Maybe 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and a few TBSP of the Boursin!
