Not a big fan of Big Macs but the enchilada casserole looks good. I wish you would do more recipes for smaller amounts. I live alone & am always looking for recipes that can either be made in smaller amounts or that will freeze well in individual portions. It’s hard to reduce recipes that call for whole cans of ingredients. I know you’re thinking more in terms of families.

I just add 1/2 the amount that the recipe calls for and I’ve never had problems cutting the recipe down.

Well, I cook for my family, and we have 4, every now and then I'm able to cook just for my husband and I, but most of my recipes you can cut in half.

This recipe looks like you could split into individual servings but don’t bake in to oven until you are ready to eat.

Love Costco hot dogs. They are so tasty! Try them if you haven’t before.

We have to use hot dogs without preservatives. So uncured hotdogs are best for us !! I love tater tots with yellow mustard !!!! I love Big Macs, but they don't always love me.

I have all the ingredients for this in the kitchen, except for the tots!!! (the whole point of the video.) But I am going to use actual french fries for the topping of the Big Mac bake. I'm planning on spraying them lightly with olive oil cooking spray. I'm thinking that should crisp them up, and give it more of an authentic Big Mac and fries experience. Wish me luck! I have four sons and they will eat anything, so it should be fine.

We both hate to bite into cooked tomatoes, so I always put diced tomatoes in a food processor for a couple quick pulses to break them up before adding to food

Well...tomorrow is my grocery shopping day and I have been given orders to make sure I get the ingredients for the Big Mac casserole. They all sound good but that one hit home.

They’re essentially hash browned potatoes, slightly browned & frozen. The nice thing about them is the shape and the fact that you can get the French fry flavor without the fat. I don’t think they are seasoned at all but I’ve never really looked at the ingredient listing on the package.

You can leave the tomatoes out and sub bell peppers.

Do u keep your onions in the fridge or out ?? I am tried of crying when I cut my onions ...😅😅
