Rounded shoulders is a postural dysfunction where the shoulders start to round forward. This can be caused from poor posture, repetitive motion and muscular imbalances.
Some issues that could stem from rounded shoulders are shoulder pain, shoulder impingement and a lack of overall upper body mobility. The goal when fixing rounded shoulders are to help lengthen the tissues that are responsible for pulling you forward along with strengthening the back muscles to help restore optimal position of the shoulders.

    My right shoulder is little bit round while left is perfect so i have to perfome from both hand or from only one hand

    I just tried all of these and they felt great. I’ve been fighting a small hunch and it has moved to mind range spine as well. I’m also trying to fix an anterior pelvic tilt. I feel like this along with my raw diet body cleansing, it will help decrease chronic pain. It just felt right. Thank you so much, I’m going to keep it up 🍋🍎🌶🥦🍓🍑🥝🍇

    Look at Jeremy Ethiers Anterior pelvic tilt video too, it's really helpful. Also have realized that strentghening is equally important as stretching
