yah know whats crazy I have 4 kids and with all 4 i was nauseous thru my whole pregnancies😫🥲and it sucked! and now i be nauseous because Anxiety b kicking my ass😭 i hate feeling nauseous n my saliva dosent help makes it even worse 😢 but this technique just really helped me and i just took a b-12 vitamin 😢

It's debilitating, I always thought I had a real sensitivity to motion sickness. Even walking could be a cause of quickly becoming sick, bed ridden. But recently I was told by a doctor who I was able to spend a few months that he believed I was suffering silent migraines. I'm 50 years old and finally a diagnosis. It was a stroke of good Fortune, to live close quarters with this GP, he observed me when I was sick. I would retreat in to bed ,dark room, shut my eyes, not watch television, beg for the light's to not be turned on etc etc. so I was lucky to get a diagnosis. I'm wondering if there is quite a lot of people who Wonder if there is a diagnosis that could help you towards a little bit of relief.

This is a wonderful point I was suffering from severe rt leg pain i was go thruogh utube for pain relieving videos i applied massaging and use tlthis pressure points i got sudden relief
