Tip #2 here's a hidden nut. Now I will not show you how to attack a hidden nut. Let's go back to easily exposed nuts. Lol.

No offense but tip number 2 taught us nothing about removing the arm from a tight spot. That is without removing the hood. Please show us how to remove the arm from a tight spot.

Using puller not really a trick. The second technique of backing-off the nut and whacking with hammer while pulling evenly up worked like a charm. Thanks! Cheers.

You can put a towel on the window just in case you drop something or have a surprise when it pops off. It can save some grief.

Wiper arm, not blade.
@SE45CX
Also you might think of using a woodworking clamp as well. Use your own judgement where to put them and then grab the plate of the clamp and rock a bit side to side to get the wiper arm loose. Always use penetrating fluid as well.

Hammer time! Thanks for that tip, it worked like a charm for my stubborn wiper arms.
@vounovapor
thank you!!! I used the hammer trick, with spraied oil and also pressing from the inside of the arm with a carpenters hammer. Like a fulcrum. Also beating the o-shape of the arm with a piece of wood and the hammer

What worked for me: didn't have pb blaster/penetrating oil, so I used a couple squirts of wd's canned lithium grease on the spindle (mind you I squirted some 6 hours earlier when I first attempted the job but gave up when they wouldn't budge.

I want to SEE you use the torch in the way you described. Also, I would not go hammering on the wiper stud; doing that would be bad news for the bushings involved. KROIL, time, and patience is the formula for removing arms that a puller can't access.

Rust is not the only reason the arm was difficult to remove. The tolerances also come into play. Good video.
