Sometimes, when there is an uneven gap between thin sheets, you may have trouble choosing a welding method.
Today, I would like to introduce some tig welding techniques that can be selected in this situation.
Spot welding, pulse welding, cold welding, etc.
If you are familiar with these techniques, try reducing the delay time little by little.
Then the working time will be shortened little by little.
Of course, this is not 100% correct.
Since it is a welding method with pros and cons, I think it will be helpful if you apply it little by little.

Very useful videos. I recently started making custom exhausts and learned a lot from your channel. Also using NST AC/DC 300ID, because it can be used with pedal 👍
끝내주는 작업 팁이네요 ^^; 특히 맨마지막 방법,.... 예전에 차체 수리 초 박막 용접 할때(30~40년전 문짝이나 휀더 철판으로 두드리고 접어서 만들어서 수리하던 시절 ) 가스 불대로 용접 할때 애먹었던 기억에 비추면 진짜 장비가 너무 좋아졌어요 ^&^; 물론 장비보다 작업자의 경력과 기술 그리고 작업팁이 더 중요하긴한데,... 예전에 후배 기술자 에게 인색하게 기술 전수하던 못된 오야지들 기억하는 세대로서 이런 작업 팁은 주옥 같은 내용입니다. (물론 경험해보지 못한 일반인은 이게 얼마나 엄청난건지 모르겟지만 저같이 업계밥먹어본사람은,... 그냥 칭찬밖에 못하겠네요 ^^;)

Thank you very much for this very nice informative video. I realise that I miss one feature on my Cebora welder which is the percentage which is on my simple TIG welder unfortunately always 50% which is not enough. So I have to somehow resort to option one which is to manually inject the 100 amps for a very short time. Thank you again for helping me finding a solution for welding thin sheet metals sir

Gracias por tu contestación,disculpa te puedo realizar otra pregunta,estoy en el aprendizaje con soldadura tig, existe radiaciones al soldar ,y puede ser perjudicial al no soldar con guantes de cuero
Foot pedal control gives you the same flexibility and control over your weld heat input and penetration. All these methods are useful. I have updated my TIG I am an old school welder learning my trade in the middle of 1970s, do you have a video that teaches about all the settings? I am sure I do recall you doing one but can’t find it.

As of yet, I don't have a video of all the setups on the welder, but the welder review video includes setups.

Cool video! In my case I need to weld 0.5mm stainless steel 316 pipes from sheet metal (no backing plate will fit) and it just keeps burning holes... Is it possible to weld 0.5mm ss? Thank you!

Los guantes que utilizo no son guantes de soldadura TIG. Estos son guantes de algodón recubiertos de goma. Si suelda mucho, sus manos estarán calientes.

용접봉을 먼저녹여서 붙인다 여기서 텅스텐봉이 용접봉 어디를 겨누어야할지요 가끔씩 용접봉이 뭉치는 현상이생기니 기준점을 가르쳐주시면 감사드립니다

정해진건 없습니다. 녹일 양에 따라서 정하시면 될거 같습니다. 필요량에 따라서 적게 녹일때는 용융풀에 가까울때도 있고 많이 녹일때는 용접봉 윗부분을 향할때도 있습니다.
