Down near the bottom of its listing on Trulia, it shows the average home listing price for the zip code is $783,836, 75% below (just 25% of) the cost of this house, which means, this house costs FOUR TIMES as much as the average home in the area. Of course, the buyer will enjoy it, but they'll spend a lifetime in it before they can sell at anything but a loss. BUT if there's one person who would buy it at this price, perhaps then there are others that would buy at an even slightly higher price. Another thing, however, that makes this not so attractive, is that Google Maps view reveals that a new division will probably develop directly across the road in a year or two that would completely destroy the current wide-open view. That view alone is so thrilling that the sellers know perception-wise that it adds at least $1 million to the possible asking price. Yeah, uh ever heard of location? Obviously you’ve never ever been to Chula Vista. It’s a total dump, 7.5 miles away from the border. Educate yourself before commenting.

That's actually insanely cheap for how awesome that house is. I've watched a lot of these videos and this is probably the nicest residence I've ever seen in my life, on any tv show, youtube video, or anything.

Be positive and think hard, and you will without a doubt own a house like that and appreciate it more then me. because i grew up in a big house with a lot of money so i never really understood how to appreciate things. I thought it was normal to get a brand new Mercedes as a first car, I thought Supreme was just casual clothing and not a high-end brand. So what i'm saying is appreciate the smaller thing s and the bigger ones will come your way.

I was thinking what a breathtaking home right before the gentleman said it. This home has lovely views of the lake and distant mountains. The sunsets and sunrises must be spectacular!!! This house is so relaxing with the spa like feeling. I really love the way the rooms are designed to bring the outside in. Every room is gorgeous!!! The master retreat is a spa itself. I’m in love with this home too.

$3M is actually pretty reasonable for that house for what it’s showing

I’ve watched lots of 3-5M mansion’s videos and so far I can say that this one is the coolest one! It feels homey, its the perfect combination of colors and items aand also the space is used smart. And the view is amazing.. For that price thats the best option ive seen

This house is an architectural masterpiece. The curved walls give it so much character and there aren’t many empty spaces inside the home which is what I dislike about most mansions. It’s a great size and still gives off those homey vibes, which is very rare in big houses! Amazing home, design and definitely my dream house!
