hi pwede po pa design 3.25 x 8.8, 3-storey with roofdeck, gound flr papaupahan ng bukod with CR, 2nd flr living room, dining room with CR, 3rd flr kaya po ba 3 bedrooms? if not, roof deck 1 bedroom and CR plus labahan na rin. malamang po ang entrance namin pa 2nd flr hagdan po ba sa harap ng ground flr? yun na po kasi yung sa amin na hanggang roof deck na. pa design naman po kung anong maganda? thank you very much po..

Hello! Thank you for your reply. Some of the houses I design are meant for families with limited space. You can still do a lot with a limited amount of space! 😁 If you can afford a bigger area to place your house, than that's good for you. 😊
