@@compass9029 Sir request naman po sana ako ng 7x16 na lot pero may space po na 1 meter para daanan. Bali naging 6x16 po. 2 bedroom po sa baba. Tapos di ko po alam kung ilan ang pwede sa 2nd floor po

I hope maybe you can design something with a 2 car, 1 motorcycle garage, 2 floors with rain collection system roof, outdoor kitchen at back, simple indoor kitchen, 3 bedroom, and 2tb? And for a challenge, do it with the smallest footprint possible hehehe

Hi. I have been watching your designs and I find them practical yet beautiful. Can you please suggest what I can do with my lot which is 4m wide, 9m long on the left side but 5m wide only on the right. I bake so I need to put my gas range with oven in my kitchen. We have 3 children that will need at least 2 bedrooms for them. We will also love a roof deck like in this video and lots of natural light if possible.

So much to redesign; main door should be at right, living room at left window side w/letter L sala set/sofa tv set at wood gril, stairs and 2nd flr hallway to reduce 5-6 ins width each and the wall can be move 10-12 ins inorder for bedrooms will be wider to give space on the foot of the bed, thereby giving access to go to the window without climbing the bed always and have a space for side table. Which is the master's bedroom? Powder room to convert to T&B.

Request 4mx8m 4 storey with rooftop pool 1Basement Garage 2 3-4 bedroom 3.each floor with bathrooms. 4.With dirty kitchen. Thank you so much
