  hi Archi @JaniceElsen , pwede pa request ng 12x4m similar to tiny houses with big glass main door? eto sample specs, additional sa main house - with 6x3m front porch as outdoor/extension sala - with 4x3m back porch as gym or outdoor kitchen - tas with 2nd flr na malaking masters bedroom (4x4m), with walkin closet (2x4m) and masters bathroom total (2x4m) - and front porch sa masters (1.5x3m) for coffee in the mornings - and malaking back porch sa masters (3x3m or 4x3m) na pwede lagyan ng extra sofa and jacuzzi 😅 - all windows pala is jalousie para maaliwalas request lang naman hehe 🙏🙏🙏

  Please po pwd po pa request po ng 50sq house po na yung ground floor ay parking area lang at tindahan po. Tapos po yung sa 2nd floor na po ay may 1 room tapos nandun na po yung kusina at living room. Tapos po sa 3rd floor po kuwarto na po.
