Rattan are a lot stronger since that last buff. Still lose to war wagons cost wise but it's much closer I bet!

I think they need to get back their old +1 bonus attack vs infantry as well. Vietnamese have no real eco bonus, so they need a really, really strong UU(like Conquistador for Spanish)

Remi Sama usually you play voobly with the userpatch 1.4 CD version. You can use your HD version as well when using the 1.5 userpatch. You can use the WololoKingdoms mod. This mod allows you to use just (1) the conquerors or (2) Forgotten Empires or even (3) the African Kingdoms.
