Back in the garage trying to expand on the same list of grinds I was working on previously.

I need to make me a little rail like that, all the parks being shut down is such a bummer... Also, you have been making great progress. Inspiring me to get out there more and start some healthier habits, thanks~

Stretching, foam roller &/or message gun. After completing the 30 day blade challenge I learned ed that the best part of skating everyday is the boost in consistency, confidence, and strength.

I built rails and I've put some Wood inside the tube to make it stronger :) I used branches 🌿 That way you can drill it from the buttom so you dont need to do holes on the top of the rails :O

Gregory Hughes haha complete opposite for me. That is how I approach them on ledges but when I try that on a rail I end up just going to a frontside on accident. I will keep that in mind next time though and see what happens. Thanks!

What are you using for the voice mic in these? It sounds good. Is it an external mic or the camera mic? Is it synced to the video or do you have to sync it in editing?

Adventures in Skateboarding At 40 Plus I am using a external Rode lav mic plugged into my phone. I import those audio files into Final Cut Pro and sync it up with the video. It’s good but also is a great way to amplify heavy breathing haha.
