2nd time solo in Mexico: what I learnt, & why I keep coming back

Finally got around to editing some footage of an eye-opening solo trip I made to Mexico earlier this year. This is not my first time in Mexico (it's my third), nor my first time traveling solo (also my third), but there are always still nerves going somewhere, yourself, that isn't home. But I had a great time, and wanted to share a video with some takeaways I had from the trip.
I said this in a previous video I made on solo travel, but I'll say it again: this video is not meant to glamorise travel (in any form -- solo, slow, voluntourism, etc), nor imply that people should travel when they feel stuck or need to be challenged. I am also not saying that travel is a necessary part of a fulfilling and enriching life. I hope the message you take away from this video is that at any point you feel stuck and stagnant, you can do something to change that. That you can act your way into being the person you want to be, whoever or whatever that looks like to you.
Hope you enjoy the vid :) Took me a while, but happy with how it came together.
x Vic

Thank you very much for sharing this video. I am going to Mexico in January to do a week of Spanish immersion. What part(s) of Mexico did you visit? Also, the point about the cultural aspect of language is so true.

Hola Victoria! No entiendo a veces costumbres, chistes y humor..
