Oh, that dog is so handsome ❤ great video BTW
GRAMPA love it, I'm sure my gransons will have a great time too now 2024 23/to9 years old😂
Your doggo looks very handsome & healthy!
I have a H8 and I am concerned about it's long term durability. But to be fair, I would have that same concern about just any ebike I would have bought in the $1500 range (or Less). So far I have not had any issues, but I shall find out once I have ridden a few hundred miles. There are eBike that are of higher quality, but I was not willing spend thousands more on my first eBike.

Yeah it's hard it dump a lot of money into something you're not sure you'll like. If you end up going more expensive watch the components. A lot of the $3000 bikes are $1500 bikes.
No worries believe me we have all had days like you had making this video.
I always keep an adjustable medium sized wrench just for those exact reasons!

I just took my bag off to save weight, so no tools.
Yeah I was curious if you could increase your speed, I tried that on first ebike it didn't help. I was stuck at 26 mph. It must of had a speed limititor in it. I'm in UT, moved here from south Jersey.

The only thing the larger sprocket is good for is raising the speed that you can help the motor to extend your battery range. If I was able to go faster by peddling it wouldn't have been for very long.
Hi. Have you ride without front motor (front motor disconnect) to see how many mile you can get per charge

I haven't but I did see how many miles I could get out of one charge, and went 75miles.
what 20" e-bike is the kid riding it's keeping pace with the H8 without a problem

That's the Swagtron EB 8 but it won't keep up it's top speed is about 21 mph. It's not a bad bike but needs more range.
Just need a solar trailer now.

What is the stock top speed? Does it really hit 35?

Yes it bumps 35 with 240 lb rider. I GOT IT TO 36 WHEN IT WAS NEW

Mine'll do 36.9 on a full charge with my 215lb frame. After about 2 miles it drops down to 35 top for about 5 miles, then 32/33 for another 10 or so. I haven't ridden it much further than that in one charge, but the slowest i've seen it top out at was 28. It still had plenty of low end torque. I was really impressed with the longevity.
Your good with losing things off your bike like your battery and now a pedal.

I was paying attention to filming and didn't tighten the dam thing on. But yeah I'm definitely not genital, kinda surprised it's still going at all. And not just a pile of parts.
Get 11 tooth sprocket on the rear you'll love it

I don't know it's pretty steep getting started in the sand or up hill now. Without throttle anyway.

@@MrCsebike I don't mean just a 11 tooth you can change out the rear sprocket it's probably what they call a freewheel Castor with seven sprockets the smallest being 11 tooth an oversized first gear you need a special tool to take the caster off but you don't need any tools to put one back on so you can either buy the little tool go to the bike shop and they'll pop it off for you very cheap to do with the bring in the wheel and you don't need anybody to put it back on for you no tool is needed to put it back on it's self tightening as you pedal

Personally I always diseng age my pedal-assist I find them to be a pain. And not practical off-road at all too much delay engaging too much delay disengaging. I generally find a comfortable pedaling speed hit cruise control.
